These terms govern your use of rustd.xyz ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. This page is written in plain language and is not legal advice.
The service lets you connect to and manage Rust game servers you control. You are responsible for the servers, credentials, and configuration you add, and for ensuring you are authorised to manage them. Keep your account and credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use the service to access servers you do not have permission to manage, to disrupt or attack infrastructure, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn.
You retain ownership of the server details and configuration you provide. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove your data from the panel at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the service and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage to game-server data, arising from use of the service. You are responsible for your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
