rustd.xyz ("the service") is a control panel for Rust game servers. This page explains what information the service holds, why, and how it is handled. It is written in plain language and describes current behaviour; it is not legal advice.
Information is used only to operate the panel for you: authenticating your sign-ins, connecting to the servers you configure, and displaying their state and history. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is not shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to run the service — for example, an email provider delivers your sign-in links, and the analytics described below see the pages you visit. Connection details you supply are transmitted only to the servers you point them at.
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Google receives the address of the page you viewed, your IP address, and browser details, and sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. It is used only to understand how the panel is used — we do not use it for advertising, and account data (your email, your server credentials, and the activity recorded from your servers) is never sent to it. Blocking analytics cookies, or any of the widely available blockers, stops this without affecting the panel.
Account and server-configuration data persist until you remove them or close your account. Observed operational data (activity feed, logs) is retained on a rolling basis and older entries are pruned automatically.
You can update or delete the servers and credentials you have added at any time from the panel. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us.
